Account connection	When you connect an email account, Meridian uses the settings needed to connect through IMAP and display your messages inside the desktop app.
Email content	Email content is synced from your provider to your device for local reading and search.
AI actions	Optional AI actions may process selected email content when you choose to summarize, draft, improve, or extract action items.
Website analytics	The website may use analytics to understand traffic, downloads, and page performance.
Payments and licenses	Paid plans may require payment and license information to activate Pro features and manage AI action limits.
