What it is
A normal email client first.
Meridian is built around the daily parts of email: connect an account, read mail, search old threads, write replies, and keep moving. The AI tools are there, but they are not the product's personality.
Good fit if you want:
- A Windows app instead of another browser tab.
- Standard IMAP support for ordinary mail providers.
- Local indexing so search feels immediate.
- Summaries and reply drafts that you can edit before sending.
